They have access to Study-ladder, Sunshine Classics, Prodigy, weekly plans and lots of activities.
They can post videos and photos of their work on Dojo. Please sign up, you can send us messages if you need anything or have any questions.
All students have had their passwords and usernames sent home. If they forget these they can message us on Dojo or email us at:
There is packs in the office (open 24th and 25th of March for collection) for students that need extra work or do not have access to the internet at home.

Take care, stay safe and enjoy each others company.
Fear Factor
We played fear factor yesterday. We had to feel inside the bag and describe what it felt like without saying what we thought it was. We were learning about the five senses. Sight, hear, smell, taste and touch. We then had to go and find something to describe outside. Here are some videos of the describing words we came up with. These are called adjectives.

Whiri Time
Whiri Time (choice time) is a time where we can choose to work on projects. As long as we create in that time. We look forward to it every week and sometimes we do it more than once a week. Here are some of the things we have been working on.
We use Pasifik Drums to make rhythms and perform these, we also make sure we talk in Samoan when we do this. We build with nails, hammers, screwdrivers and more. We make up dance routines and practise to lead whole school Jump Jam. Lots of us enjoy engineering and working together to make a circuit, so far we have made a light buln light up and a fan because it has been HOT. We made playdoh and ice-blocks. We also enjoy constructing marble ramps.
Do you have any ideas for us?
Making our own waka
We had the challenge to only use a few sticks, a few pieces of sellotape and 30cm of string.
We found it way harder than we thought it would be. It was hard to get it to stick together. We started thinking about how hard it must of been back then, especially with the big waves.
The one that floated the best was the one that spread the sticks out and weighed less.
I wonder how they make it float
I wonder why some sunk and other did not
I wonder why some of our boats fell apart in the water
I wonder how long it would take till the boats sunk
I wonder what shape of boat would float best
I wonder what material float the best
I wonder why some boats needed less equipment
